Design + Construction + Construction Advisor to Client: Thomas Carnegie/The Builder's Café Ltd
Two clients each own one half of a semi-detached house in Toronto and both needed a new rear addition. Rear lane access for construction was limited to the north client’s lot so both worked with Thomas Carnegie in designing joint 11’ ceiling rear additions that would be built concurrently. The South client (on the right, in photos) built the framing and finishing and the north client wanted a full design+build service. Thomas and the south Client built foundations for both houses and Client built framing, servicing and finishing with Thomas advising.
